Chris Paul

Chris Paul is a basketball player for the NBA's New Orleans Hornets. Paul, or CP3 as he is also known, is one of the games young stars and in only his third season is already considered one of the top candidates for League MVP.

The 6-0 Paul who plays point guard was chosen 4th overall in the 2005 draft - with the Atlanta Hawks in dire need of a point guard famously passing on both him and fellow stud Deron Williams. Paul is incredibly fast and quick and gets by his defender with ease thus either setting up easy scoring opportunities for his teammates or shooting high-percentage shots himself.

This year, Paul has the surprising Hornets in first place in the ultra-competitive Western Conference and is leading the NBA in assists. Paul also played for Team USA in the 2006 World Championships, winning bronze.
