D.C. United
D.C. United is a professional soccer team from the US competing in Major League Soccer (MLS).
The Washington, D.C.-based club is said to be the most successful US-American soccer team. The D.C. United was founded in 1995 and won four MLS Cups (1996, 1997, 1999 and 2004) and one U.S. Open Cup in 1996. The team became the first club from the US to win the CONCACAF Champions' Cup and the Copa Interamericana in 1998.
