Manu Ginobili
Manu Ginobili of Argentina is a basketball player on the NBA's San Antonio Spurs. Prior to entering the NBA in 2002, Ginobili played in Italy for Kinder Bologna with whom he won the Euroleague and was voted the Final Four's MVP.
In San Antonio, the 6-6 Ginobili forms a feared trio together with Tim Duncan and Tony Parker. To date, he has won three NBA championships - one of the few to win the top title both in Europe and the U.S. - and has been named to the All-Star Game.
In international competition, Manu was part of the Argentine team that defeated the U.S. in the 2002 World Championships in Indianapolis where they won silver. During the Olympic Games in Athens, Argentina again beat a team of NBA stars and went on to win gold behind an MVP performance by Ginobili.
This year, left-handed Manu is playing an excellent season and he is the clear front-runner to win the League's Best Sixth Man Award.
