Oakland Raiders
The Oakland Raiders are a professional American football team based in Oakland, California.
They are members of the Western Division of the American Football Conference (AFC) in the National Football League (NFL). The Raiders play their home games at McAfee Coliseum.
The team began play in 1960 as the eighth charter member of the American Football League (AFL) and joined the NFL in 1970 as part of the AFL-NFL Merger.
